The Terms and Conditions details issues regarding Delivery and Damage during Delivery

Indicative delivery costs are shown in the table below.
Additional handling costs may apply to some items.
Total delivery and handling costs are shown at checkout prior to purchase.

• Standard freight Rates apply for items (up to 5 Kg) sent with Australia Post by Parcel Post.
  Please ask if you require express delivery.
• Heavier items e.g. CCTV Security Systems maybe 1.5 - 2.0 times these freight rates and will be indicated in the shopping cart or quote.
• Delivery can be with a courier or Australia Post.
• Standard orders received before 12 PM are usually despatched the same business day.
• The goods usually arrive the next business day if the delivery postcode falls within the
  Australia Post, next business day delivery network
  However delivery times can be 2-3 business days, depending on location.
• Tracking numbers are available for all items delivered within Australia.
  PLEASE ASK IF YOU REQUIRE A TRACKING NUMBER
• Insurance Cover is available for special orders. Please ask to include insurance cover with your quote.

• These freight rates and delivery times DO NOT APPLY to SPECIAL ORDERS
  e.g. apartment video intercom systems, or professional CCTV Surveillance Systems, which are quoted separately.

Consequently your order maybe fulfilled and delivered by one of these wholesalers. OzSS Standard Terms and Conditions are still applicable.
